Γεια σας. Υπάρχει τρόπος να διαγνωσθεί στον άνδρα ο hpv, εφόσον δεν υπάρχουν εξωτερικά κονδυλώματα; Από τη μία έχω διαβάσει ότι εφόσον δεν υπάρχουν εξωτερικά κονδυλώματα δεν γίνεται να διαγνωστεί, γιατί δεν υπάρχει συγκεκριμένος τρόπος διάγνωσης όπως είναι στις γυναίκες το hpv dna test, αλλά από την άλλη έχω διαβάσει ότι γίνεται, παίρνοντας κάποιο δείγμα από την ουρήθρα. Τελικά τί ισχύει; Υπάρχει κάποια σίγουρη απάντηση;

Θα μπορουσε να γινει ληψη δειγματος απο την ουρηθρα για μοριακο ελεγχο στελεχων του HPV .Απλα δεν αποτελει συνηθη πρακτικη, καθως η φιλοσοφια του test pap και HPV screening ειναι η προληψη του καρκινου τραχηλου την μητρας, που στο παρελθον αποτελουσε τον δευτερο συχνοτερο γυναικολογικο καρκινο.
