Καλησπέρα σας. Έκανα αξονική άνω κάτω κοιλιας κ βρέθηκε ένα λειωμυωμα στην κοιλιακή επιφάνεια της μήτρας 13,3× 9,7 εκ κ κυστες στις ωοθήκες περίπου 2 εκ κ οι δύο. Είμαι 35. Θέλω να κάνω παιδιά. Μπορεί να αφαιρεθεί κανονικά το λειομυωμα? Υπάρχει περίπτωση να μου πουν για ολική αφαίρεση?

Καλησπέρα. Μπορεί να αφαιρεθεί το ινομυωμα μόνο αφού θέλετε να προσπαθήσετε για εγκυμοσύνη.

Καλησπέρα σας. Προφανώς ο σκοπός θα είναι να γίνει ένα σωστό χειρουργείο (λαπαροσκοπικά ή ανοιχτά ) με γνώμονα οτι δεν έχετε ακόμα παιδιά και πρέπι να διατηρηθεί η μήτρα. Φυσικά τις περισσότερες φορές αυτό είναι εφικτό αλλά δεν θα μπορούσα να γίνω πιο συγκεκριμένος αφού δεν σας έχω εξετάσει ο ίδιος και δε γνωρίζω την ακριβή θέση και τα χαρακτηριστικά του ινομυώματος. Σας εύχομαι να πάνε όλα καλά (και θα πάνε!). Καλή συνέχεια.
