Εχω ενα οινωμυωμα 12 ×10 και ενα δευτερο 4.5.Αυτα ειναι υπορρογωνια.Χειρουργουνται λαπαρασκοπικα χωρις αφαιρεση μητρας?

Τα ινομυώματα σας είναι πολύ μεγάλα. Δύσκολα να αφαιρεθούν λαπαροσκοπικα και το αν θα μπορέσει να παραμείνει η μήτρα θα πρέπει να το δουν κατά 5ην διάρκεια του χειρουργείου. Εξαρτάται πάντα κ από την ηλικία σας.

Ναι μπορούν να αφαιρεθούν λαπαροσκοπικά, χρειάζεται όμως προηγουμένως να γίνει κλινική εξέταση.

Φαντάζομαι εννοείτε εκατοστά. Ναι χειρουργουνται λαπαροσκοπικα, κατά πάσα πιθανότητα χωρίς αφαίρεση της μήτρας. Ανάλογα βέβαια με την ηλικία σας, αν είστε δηλαδή πάνω από 50 και έχετε κάνει τα παιδιά σας ίσως θα έπρεπε να σκεφτείτε για δικό σας όφελος και την αφαίρεση της μήτρας. Αλλά είναι δική σας επιλογή.
