Το τελευταίο διάστημα ένιωθα ότι κάτι μου έχει κάτσει στο λαιμό. Επισκέφθηκα ΩΡΛ κ από ενδοσκόπηση είδε ήπια φλεγμονή του φάρυγγα, και κατέληξε στο ότι έχω λαρυγγοφαρυγγικη παλινδρόμηση (χωρίς τη λήψη ιστορικού ωστόσο). Εδώ και 2.5 εβδομάδες παίρνω αγωγή με laprazol αλλά δεν υπάρχει βελτίωση στο συμπτώμα. Μπορεί να είναι κάτι σοβαρότερο που δεν είδε ο γιατρός;

Καλό είναι, αφού δεν έχεις βελτίωση με την αγωγή που ήδη πέρνεις, να έχεις μιά δεύτερη ιατρική γνώμη.

Ενημερωθείτε για τα συμπτώματα της λαρυγγοφαρυγγικής παλινδρόμησης, καταγράψετε ημερολόγιο με την έναρξη και την πορεία των συμπτωμάτων σας και επικοινωνήστε ξανά με τον θεράποντα ιατρό σας. Η καλύτερη προσέγγιση χρόνιων νοσημάτων είναι η αμφίδρομη σχέση ιατρού και ασθενούς.
