Θα ήθελα παρακαλώ να ρωτήσω πότε θα μονοκύτταρα θεωρούνται πολύ υψηλά ώστε να κρύβουν κάτι σοβαρό ; σε εξέταση έτους με κοβιντ πριν από 10 μήνες σε άτομο ηλικίας 88 βγήκαν στον 3μηνο 12 με μαχ φυσιολογικό τα 10 και στο 10μηνο. 16,7 με μαχ φυσιολογικό τα 9 ...οι υπόλοιπες τιμές φυσιολογικές ..ευχαριστώ

Καλησπέρα! Τα μονοκύτταρα από μόνα τους δεν εμπνέουν τόση ανησυχία. Μπορεί να αυξηθούν για λοιμώδεις λόγους, όπως στη λοιμώδη μονοπυρήνωση. Στην παρούσα περίπτωση δεν αποκλείεται οι αυξημένες τιμές να σχετίζονται με covid.
Σημαντικό είναι επίσης, ο ολικός αριθμός λευκών (αυτό που γράφει WBC) είναι εντός Ορίων; 3-11.000; Επίσης αν ναι, τότε οκ.
Αν αυξηθούν κι άλλο θα χρειαστεί πλακάκι, δηλαδή επίχρισμα περιφερικού αίματος, για να μετρηθούν τα κύτταρα με μικροσκόπιο
