Σε μαστο πλουσιο, ηλικιας 37 ετων, χωρις οικογενειακο ιστορικο, με θηλασμο για 5 μηνες πριν 3 χρονια το αποτελεσμα του υπερηχου ηταν: λοβωτης παρυφης υποηχοϊκη αναγγεια βλαβη 12mm. Birads 4. Συσταθηκε μαγνητικη, η οποια εγινε και το αποτελεσμα ειναι περιορισμος διαχυσης, χαμηλο adc και ηπιος ανομοιογενης εμπλουτισμος με ιστογραμμα τυπου plateau. Συσταθηκε ιστολογικη ταυτοποιηση.
