Μέχρι την ηλικία των 24 μηνών δεν επιτρέπεται τα παιδιά να εκτίθενται στην οθόνη.Από τα 2 έτη μέχρι τα 4 έτη μόνο 1 ώρα την ημέρα και μετά τα 4 μόνο 2 ώρες την ημέρα.

Από 2 ετών επιτρέπεται η χρήση οποιασδήποτε οθόνης.

Καλησπέρα
Ιδανικά από 3 χρόνων και το πολύ 20-30 λ την ημέρα.
