Ο συνδιασμός αντικαταθλιπτικών seroxat,effexor 75mg,η διάγνωση χασιμοτο υπερθυρεοειδισμός,έχουν επηρεάσει αρνητικά τον μεταβολισμό μου,με αποτέλεσμα να βάζω εύκολα κιλά και να δυσκολεύομαι να τα χάσω,αυτή τη στιγμή έχω σταματήσει τα αντικαταθλιπτικά πάνω από 1,5 χρόνο,ενώ ο θυρεοειδής μου έχει ρυθμιστεί στη τιμή 2,36 μετά από θεραπεία με Τ4 με παρακολούθηση από ενδροκρινολογο-διαβητολογο,το πρόγραμμα της εργασίας μου είναι κυλιόμενο και δεν μου επιτρέπει ρύθμιση διατροφής και γευμάτων με ευκολία.Τι προτείνουν οι ειδικοί?
