Καλησπέρα , χθες ανακάλυψα θετικό τεστ εγκυμοσύνης , λόγω προηγούμενης βιοχημικης κύησης και θέμα με τη θρομβοφιλια (ομοκυστεϊνη) μου συνταγογραφησε προγεστερονη και αντιπηκτικες ενέσεις. Το ερώτημα μου είναι κατα ποσο οι αντιπηκτικες ειναι ασφαλείς ? Εχω το στίγμα δρεπανοκυτταρικης αναιμίας παίζει ρολο? Να ανησυχώ ? Ευχαριστώ

Σε ότι αφορά το στίγμα που έχετε δεν εμπλέκεται η αντιπηκτική που λαμβάνετε. Αφού έχετε διαγνωστεί με θρομβοφιλία (ανάλογα τον τύπο), θα πρέπει να λάβετε αντιπηκτική αγωγή οι οποίες είναι απόλυτα ασφαλείς κατά τη διάρκεια της εγκυμοσύνης.
