Καλησπέρα σας.Η αδερφή μου κατά τη διάρκεια της εγκυμοσύνης της είχε θρομβοφιλία με αποτέλεσμα να χάσει το μωρό που περίμενε και θα ήθελα να ρωτήσω το εξής: Θα πρέπει να κάνω και γω μια προληπτική εξέταση για να δω αν έχω και γω ή θα πρέπει να κάνω μόνο σε περίπτωση που θα μείνω έγκυος η ίδια;

είναι απαραίτητο να ελεγχθείτε για θρομβοφιλία με εκτενή έλεγχο, υπό την καθοδήγηση ιατρού Αιματολόγου, ακόμα και αν δεν επιθυμείτε εγκυμοσύνη.
Δυστυχώς ορισμένες μορφές θρομβοφιλίας δεν οδηγούν μόνο σε κυήσεις υψηλού κινδύνου, αλλά και σε φλεβικές ή και αρτηριακές θρομβώσεις, με δυσμενή έκβαση για το άτομο (πνευμονική εμβολή, εγκεφαλικά επεισόδια, στεφανιαία νόσο).
