Καλησπέρα σας, Αντιμετωπίζω πολύ συχνά πιασίματα και πόνο στους ώμους και τον αυχένα που κρατάνε λίγες μέρες αλλά υποχωρούν. Τον τελευταίο καιρό και λόγω πιο έντονης άσκησης νιώθω συνεχώς πιασμενη στον αυχένα και ειδικά σε διάφορα σημεία στον ώμο όπου πιέζω πονάω πάρα πολύ. Επίσης νιώθω στη βάση τπυ κεφαλιού μου που συνδέεται με τον αυχένα έντονο βάρος και πιάσιμο και καποις φορές σε συγκεκριμένες κινήσεις του κεφαλιού είναι σαν να τρανταζεται ελαφρώς σαν τρεμουλο δηλαδή. Μπορεί όντως αυτό το τρεμουλο εκείνη τη στιγμή να συνδέεται με τον αυχένα? Τι εξέταση χρειαζεται να κανω
