καλησπέρα σας, στη σύντροφο μου εντοπίστηκε ουρεόπλασμα και θα θα ήθελα να κάνω κι εγώ ένα τεστ για να διαπιστώσω αν είμαι θετικός. Απ'ότι διάβασα η πιο αξιόπιστη μέθοδος είναι η μοριακή μέθοδος ανάλυσης PCR. Το δείγμα θα πρέπει να είναι ούρα, αίμα ή σπέρμα ή όλα είναι το ίδιο αξιόπιστα? ευχαριστώ

Ουρηθρικό έκκριμα είναι η σωστή εξέταση, και σύνοδο με αυτό και η καλλιέργεια σπέρματος.

Η εξέταση για ανίχνευση σεξουαλικός μεταδιδόμενων νοσημάτων (STD) μπορεί να γίνει είτε από δείγμα ούρων, είτε από ουρηθρικό έκκριμα. Όπως πολύ σωστά είπατε η πιο αξιόπιστη μέθοδος ανίχνευσης είναι με τη χρήση της μεθόδου PCR.
