Καλησπέρα σας. Κατόπιν γαστροσκοπησης & ιστολογικής εξέτασης, το αποτελεσμα αναφέρει ότι παρατηρούνται τμήματα βλεννογόνου δώδεκα/λου που εμφανίζουν εστιακή γαστρικη μετάπλαση καλυπτικου επιθηλιου, παρουσια αδενιων σώματος ως επί ετεροτρόπου γαστρικού βλεννογόνου. Θα ήθελα να ρωτήσω παρακαλώ, αυτό σημαίνει ότι υπάρχουν πολλές πιθανότητες για ανάπτυξη καρκίνου του στομάχου στο μέλλον?
