καλησπέρα σας είμαι 24 χρονων και έκανα πριν δύο βδομάδες ακριβώς λαμπαροσκοπική αφαίρεση κυστης ωοθήκης. Ήθελα να σας ρωτήσω την 12η μέρα μετά το χειρουργείο σήκωσα το σκυλάκι μου 4,2 κιλά και την επόμενη μέρα νιωθω ακόμα λίγο πόνο στον αφαλό και τράβηγμα. Τα ράμματα ειναι απορροφήσημα αλλά δεν έχουν φύγει εντελώς ακόμα. Φοβήθηκα για κάποια επιπλοκη αλλά κατά τ'άλλα προσέχω και δεν σηκώνω βάρη. Μέχρι πότε θα μπορώ να σηκώσω κανονικά βαρος;

μετά από μια τέτοια επέμβαση, χρειάζονται περίπου 10-14 ημέρες μέχρι να μπορείτε να σηκώνετε καθημερινά βάρη χωρίς να έχετε ενοχλήσεις. Τα 4 κιλά που σηκώσατε δεν πιστεύω ότι είναι λόγος ανησυχίας.
