Καλησπέρα σας, άλλαξα τον ψυχίατρό μου λόγω μετακόμισης, αλλά δεν υπάρχει κάποια ουσιαστική πρόοδος. Αποφάσισα να κόψω τα αντιψυχωτικά χάπια, ενημερώνοντας τον φυσικά ότι θέλω να το παλέψω μπας και επανέλθω, αλλά γύρισα στην περίοδο πριν από τα χάπια όσον αφορά τις κρίσεις πανικού και τις αυπνίες. Επίσης δεν νιώθω άνετα να μιλάω για πολύ προσωπικά θέματα γιατί εδώ και αρκετό καιρό τον βλέπω ερωτικά, αλλά δε έχω το θάρρος ούτε αυτό να του πω γιατί καταλαβαίνω ότι θα το ακούει συχνά από γυναίκες ασθενείς. Θα πρέπει να αλλάξω ιατρό ή υπάρχει τρόπος να προσπεραστούν όλα αυτά και να σημειώσω κάποια πρόοδο;
