Καλησπέρα. Μετά από οξεία βραχυνση κνήμης και ιλιζάροφ λογω οστεομυελίτιδας, βλέπω στις ακτίνες ότι έχει σπασιμο και κενό (λειπει κομμάτι εκτιμω πανω απο 1εκ ) στην περόνη. Την περονη δεν την συγκρατεί η ιλιζάροφ. Θα δεσει μονη της?

Για την περόνη δεν υπάρχει πρόβλημα και να μη δέσει δεν πειράζει αλλά συνήθως δεν είναι μόνη της

Υποθέτω ότι δεν είστε συνάδελφος , ίσως για αυτό δεν "διαβάσατε" σωστά τις ακτινογραφίες.
Στην περονη έχει γίνει μάλλον οστεοτομια ως τμήμα της επέμβασης βραχυνσης της κνημης και έχει αφαιρεθεί τμήμα της , γιατί αλλιώς θα ήταν αδύνατη η συμπλησιαση των καταγματικων άκρων της κνημης.
Κ όχι δε χρειάζεται συγκράτηση ούτε είναι επιθυμητό να δεσει
