Καλησπέρα, φίλος έχει χρόνια λευκοπενια.. Έχει και αυτοανοσο (λύκο) αλλά οι γιατροί λένε πως δεν είναι από εκεί. Σαφή απάντηση δεν του έχουν δώσει, μόνο ότι εφόσον τα ουδετερόφιλα είναι πάνω από 1500, να μην ανησυχει. Εκανε μέχρι κ εξέταση στον μυελό των οστών. Διαβάζω για hiv και έχω τρομοκράτηθει. Δε θα φαινόταν αν υπήρχε κάτι τέτοιο?

Καλησπέρα σας. Ο συστηματικός ερυθηματώδης λύκος αρκετές φορές προκαλεί λευκοπενία. κυρίως χαμηλά λεμφοκύτταρα. Δεν αποκλείεται όμως να συνυπάρχει κάποιο άλλο νόσημα. Ο ρευματολόγος θα σας κατευθύνει στο αν χρειάζεται να κάνετε περαιτέρω εξετάσεις και ποιές θα είναι αυτές. Στη διάθεσή σας!
