Γίνεται να βγει κολπίτιδα και το τεστ ΠΑΠ να μην την δείξει ενώ οι μικρόβιο λογικές να την δείξουν ενώ η λήψη και των 2 έγινε την ίδια μέρα;;

το Παπ-τεστ ανιχνεύει πιθανές μεταβολές των κυττάρων του τραχήλου της μήτρας και όχι μικρόβια που προκαλούν κολπίτιδες.

Καλησπέρα σας. Καταρχάς θα πρέπει να γνωρίζετε οτι το τεστ Παπ ελέγχει συγκεκριμένα τις αλλοιώσεις που προκαλεί ο HPV (λίγες γυναίκες το ξέρουν αυτό). Η καλλιέργεια κολπικού υγρού από την άλλη ελέγχει για αρκετά ΣΜΝ κ μη, που προκαλούν κολπίτιδα. Ελπίζω να βοήθησα έστω και στο ελάχιστο.
