Γειά σας, Στις τελευταίες εξετάσεις μου είχα χαμηλη φεριτινη 14,αιμοσφαιρινη 12 & αιματοκρίτη 38.6. Χρειάζεται να πάρω κάποιο συμπλήρωμα? Έχω διαβήτη & υπέρταση ρυθμισμένα πολύ καλά & τα δύο

Δεν νομίζω ότι χρειάζεστε κάποια αγωγή. Προσοχή στην διατροφή με επιπλέον ζωικές πρωτεΐνες.

Έχεις πολύ ήπια αναιμία.Θα μπορούσες να πάρεις συμπλήρωμα σιδήρου χωρίς όμως να είναι απαραίτητο με αυτές τις τιμές
