Μέχρι τι ύψος τακούνι μπορώ να φοράω όταν έχω φλεβική ανεπάρκεια;

Θεωρητικά ένα τακούνι 4 - 5 πόντων μπορεί να είναι και ιδανικό για τη φλεβική ανεπάρκεια. Πάντως η δική μου άποψη είναι να μην αλλάξετε την καθημερινότητά σας, δεν αξίζει και ούτε θα γλυτώσετε κάτι από το ύψος του τακουνιού!

Το ύψος της φτέρνας δεν πρέπει να υπερβαίνει τα 3-5 cm. Φοράτε κάλτσες συμπίεσης ή κάλτσες όταν φοράτε ψηλοτάκουνα παπούτσια.
