Καλημέρα είμαι 48 χρόνων εδώ και λίγο καιρό η περίοδος μου έρχεται να όλο και πιο συχνά δλδ Στης 23 ημερε-στης 20 και τώρα στης 18 Είναι αρχή εμμηνόπαυσης??

Καλησπέρα σας. Κάποιες φορές, όντως, αυτό συμβαίνει στις γυναίκες στην περίοδο της περι εμμηνόπαυσης (που μπορεί να κρατήσει αρκετά χρόνια) κ όχι στην εμμηνόπαυση. Για να οδηγηθούμε όμως σε αυτό το συμπέρασμα, θα πρέπει πρώτα να αποκλείσουμε άλλες αιτίες που συμβαίνει αυτό κ φυσικά να ελέγξουμε οτι δεν χάνετε αρκετό αίμα που μπορεί να οδηγήσει σε αναιμία. Ελπίζω να βοήθησα με την απάντηση μου.
