35 ετών, έγκυος στην 34 εβδομάδα. Χοληστερίνη 260, HDL 64, LDL 186. Βάρος 80 κιλά δεν αθλουμαι δεν καπνίζω. Πρέπει να ανησυχώ?

Δεν κάνουμε εξετάσεις για χοληστερίνη στην εγκυμοσύνη γτ είναι πάντα αυξημένα . Να μην ανησυχείτε.

Για την εγκυμοσύνη να μην ανησυχείτε καθόλου. Μακροπρόθεσμα όμως και για τη γενικότερη υγεία σας είναι καλό να προσέχετε τη διατροφή σας και να επαναλάβετε τον έλεγχο.

Οι τιμές της χοληστερίνης και των LDL και HDL είναι αυξημένες στην εγκυμοσύνη, δεν χρειάζεται να ασχοληθείτε με αυτές. Όμως θα πρέπει να προσέχετε το βάρος σας.
